These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Umagine Inc, a Delaware corporation located at 3915 Capitol Av, City of Industry, California, 90601, US (“Umagine,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Website use

This site provides information about Umagine’s automated CNC machining capabilities. Content is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to manufacture parts unless we expressly agree in a separate written quotation or contract.

Contact submissions

When you submit a contact form or email us, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have authority to share it. You grant us permission to use that information to respond and, where relevant, to prepare quotations.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, logos, and product imagery are owned by Umagine or its licensors and may not be copied or used without prior written permission, except for fair use or as allowed by law.

Prohibited conduct

  • Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site
